MERMAID ACCORDIAN BOOK

A playful analysis of mermaids in the form of a fold out book.
Accordian Book

With the basis of a prior project, the only constraints were to use the color cyan to create an accordian book. My previous project touched on mythical creatures and followed that theme, but didn’t dive into any specific topic, so I decided to create a continuous spread that stretched through the whole book. I addressed the argument that mermaids are in fact real and provided information and interesting visual displays to highlight that they are “all around”. This was my first time creating an accordian book and I found much enjoyment in pages that all connected in some form.
